Reporting directly to the CFO, the Senior Manager, IT will play a pivotal role in leading a high-performing team while driving the evolution of our enterprise systems and data platforms.We're looking for a people-first leader who can bring out the best in others and guide our technology roadmap with deep technical expertise, a strategic mindset, and a collaborative spirit.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a cross-functional IT team, fostering a high-performance, growth-oriented cultureOversee end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial strategiesPartner with the CFO and other senior stakeholders to drive digital transformation and system modernizationOwn and optimize enterprise applications including ERP platforms and Tableau Server environmentsManage and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Microsoft Azure DevOps, enabling more efficient development cyclesArchitect and maintain enterprise data solutions, including data warehousing, ETL pipelines, and SQL-based platformsEnsure best practices in database performance optimization and overall system stabilityIdentify and implement scalable technology improvements that support business intelligence, reporting, and operational efficiencyContribute to IT budgeting, vendor management, and strategic planning
Key Qualifications8+ years of progressive experience in IT, with 5+ years in a management or senior leadership roleProven ability to lead, develop, and retain high-performing teamsStrong expertise in Tableau Server, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Azure DevOpsDemonstrated experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines and enterprise-level SQL/data warehouse systemsAdvanced skills in database performance tuning, ETL, and system architectureStrong business acumen, with a track record of partnering across finance and operations teamsAbility to operate effectively in a hybrid environment and lead both in-person and remote teamsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Masters degree or certifications a plus)#LI-CC1
