
Production Team Leader (Supervisor) Multiple Positions

- Lead, coach, schedule, and develop production staff to ensure high engagement, flexibility, and capability.
- Drive quality initiatives and continuous improvement to meet or exceed customer expectations and production targets.
- Provide visible, supportive leadership on the shop floor—solve problems, remove barriers, and ensure daily commitments are achieved.
- Communicate clear goals, expectations, and feedback to employees.
- Lead and participate in investigations and root cause analysis for safety or quality concerns.
- Collaborate across departments to meet shared objectives, including Plant 41 key performance targets.
- Recognize high performance and coach underperformance through consistent, constructive feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. A combination of relevant education and equivalent work experience may also be considered.
- Diploma or journey person red seal in a Mechanical, Aeronautical, or Engineering-related field is an asset.
- 5 years of proven leadership and supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change, influence others, and lead through transformation.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, ENOVIA, and related systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Track record of personal development and professional achievement.
- Recognized for reliability, initiative, and consistent performance.
- Additional training in leadership and change management considered a strong asset.
