This role focuses on planning, coordination, financial tracking, and stakeholder engagement across multiple initiatives.The successful candidate will contribute to project feasibility activities, operational initiatives, and program execution while ensuring structure, visibility, and accountability across schedules, budgets, and deliverables.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, structure, and maintain detailed project plansMonitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverablesPerform risk analysis and propose mitigation strategiesPrepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentationsSupport financial forecasting and resource allocation activitiesCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders and participate in project meetingsContribute to quality and regulatory compliance activities when applicableRequired Qualifications5-10 years of experience in program/project management rolesPMP certificationExperience within the aerospace industryKnowledge of Canadian Aviation RegulationsManufacturing environment experienceSoft SkillsStrong interpersonal and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and within a team settingAnalytical mindset with problem‑solving capabilitiesWhy Join Us?
