Join us and help build a better future.We are looking for a self-driven with a high sense of urgency, shipping/ receiving operator who thrives working in a team-based challenging environment!Position SummaryThe successful candidate will be required to work within the warehouse, cooler and freezer areas receiving process materials and shipping finished goods, general housekeeping and inventory control.Key Responsibilities:Pre-operational inspections, operation and shutdown of all related equipment for efficient and safe operation (i.e., Forklifts, Counterbalance, Motorized walkie, Pump cart, Scanners)Thorough and accurate completion of forms for HACCP & Quality Assurance (i.e. lot control for traceability, production reporting, product carry over)Ability to maintain cleanliness of areas of responsibility which may include wiping, sanitizing and sweepingAdherence to Standard Operating Procedures for product components and packaging materials (i.e. FIFO procedures) * Load and receive trailers (live load from the line)

Inventory counts completed accurately and timely

Provide support and assistance to the production teams as requiredLearn and understand the required function in SAP and Microsoft office.Other duties as assignedWhat's in it for you?

Required Skills, Ability & Experience:

Safe and proper operation of MHE and maintain MHE Certification in good standing

Employees must pass MHE Certification Training including the theoretical & practical portionsHeavy lifting, frequent pulling, twisting, bending, and standing for long periods of time is requiredAbility to work with minimal supervisionAbility to read, write and communicate in EnglishAbility to record and document information with high attention to detailComputer skills are requiredInteract and share information with employees at all levels in a professional manner (Team Members, Lead Hands, Supervisors, Others).Take initiative and assume responsibilities to support production efficiencies and actively seek new and improved ways of completing tasksUtilize our warehouse management system for the purpose of receiving and shipping products in our warehouse.The candidate will be responsible for handling all applicable receiving and shipping paperwork as well as prepare the required paperwork either by hand or computerApply now:Submit your resume via:
