Are you highly organized and detail-oriented, ready to make an impact in corporate communications? We are seeking a talented Corporate Communications Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Manager of Corporate Communications and team members to manage internal communications, execute corporate communication plans, and drive engagement across our extensive network. You will handle day-to-day operations of our internal communications platform, leverage data to optimize effectiveness, and ensure seamless collaboration across teams. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, excel at managing multiple priorities, and are passionate about creating meaningful communications, we want to hear from you.This position will be 4 days a week in our Toronto office (181 Bay Street), Mondays to Thursdays and Fridays are work from home.In this role, you will:Drive day-to-day operations of the internal communications platform, supporting adoption and engagement across the organizationExecute email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, from development through deploymentMonitor analytics across platform and email channels, benchmarking performance against industry standards to optimize content and inform strategyCoordinate with cross-functional teams to gather content and establish approval workflowsServe as communications liaison for internal stakeholders across the organization, supporting cross-functional projects and initiativesMonitor the communications inbox and support ticket system, ensuring proper assignment and resolutionCreate processes, documentation, and training materials for repeatable communication tasksWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Communications or related fieldMinimum of 3–4 years of experience in corporate communicationsAdvanced proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email marketing platformsStrong organizational and project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; French proficiency or experience coordinating bilingual content is an assetProven experience tracking and analyzing communication metricsSelf-motivated and collaborative with strong attention to detailExperience in healthcare or multi-location network environment is an assetAbout DentalcorpDentalcorp is Canada’s largest and fastest growing network of dental practices, committed to advancing the overall well-being of Canadians by delivering the best clinical outcomes and unforgettable experiences. dentalcorp acquires leading dental practices, uniting its network in a common goal: to be Canada’s most trusted healthcare network.
