- The ideal candidate would partner with stakeholders across the organization to ensure a strong approach to fraud management.
- Analyze trends and discover patterns to identify potential fraud risks and make strong recommendations.
- Recommend and assist with implementation of improvements to boost fraud detection and prevention capabilities across the organization.
- Work closely with Operations, Credit, Risk to address fraud related issues and recommend improvements to existing controls and processes to mitigate risks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management or a related field.
- Solid understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
- 4-6 years of experience in fraud analysis, fraud prevention and credit risk management.
- Solid knowledge of the regulatory requirements related to fraud prevention and reporting,
- Proficient in utilizing fraud detection tools, data analytics, and risk management technologies.
