- Supporting the Program Lead by providing analytical and technical advice to Community Entities and Community Advisory Boards
- Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data related to homelessness, PiT Counts, subproject outcomes, and deliverables
- Assisting with survey-based research initiatives, including PiT Count design, execution, and analysis
- Preparing data reports, research materials, and insights to support adjudication, funding decisions, and community-level outcomes
- Reviewing applications, assessing eligibility, and preparing assessment reports to support effective community and volunteer-led adjudication
- Monitoring funded projects by conducting financial, activity, and results tracking to mitigate risk and support successful delivery
- Acting as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of subprojects, including contract oversight and relationship management
- Gathering and translating stories of impact to complement data-driven reporting and support accessible communications
- A post-secondary degree in data analytics, social sciences, public policy, statistics, or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, research, or program evaluation, ideally within the non-profit or public sector
- Demonstrated experience working with qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Strong working knowledge of relational databases and advanced SQL data extraction and manipulation
- Hands-on experience using data analysis and visualization tools such as R, Python, Power BI, or Tableau
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, accessible insights for diverse audiences
- Experience applying Reconciliation, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (REDI) principles in professional practice
- Experience or knowledge of housing and homelessness strategies or systems
- Familiarity with trauma-informed practices and community-centred engagement
- Knowledge of climate justice, social innovation, or environmental sustainability
