Our client is a locally rooted and growing insurance brokerage based in Saskatoon. Flexible base salary of $55,000-$65,000, depending on experience, plus new business commission

Responsibilities

Advise personal lines clients by assessing risk and recommending appropriate coverage solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and underwriting partners
Manage quotes, new business, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes accurately and efficiently
Support retention and growth of an existing book of business while pursuing new opportunities
Negotiate with insurers to secure competitive and suitable coverage for clients
Deliver exceptional customer service across a variety of client needs and situations

Qualifications

Valid Level 2 insurance license
Minimum 2 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance
Strong understanding of personal insurance products, coverage options, and market trends
High attention to detail with proven accuracy in policy servicing and documentation
Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
Experience using BMS software (EPIC preferred)
