- Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through cold calling and networking.
- Sales Targets: Achieve annual sales targets within the C&I segment, specifically in renewable energy and data center industries.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with named accounts and develop new customer accounts.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales plans and business development initiatives.
- Customer Focus: Understand customer needs and recommend solutions that meet their requirements.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry dynamics and news to support sales efforts.
- Data Management: Ensure accuracy in the sales force database for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Collaboration: Work with business units to provide value-based solutions to customers.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer problems with deliveries, escalating as necessary.
- Engagement: Participate in conferences, trade shows, and customer events.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or information technology management.
- Experience: Technical sales background in a related industry with 10+ years of sales experience and a proven track record in sales growth.
- Skills: Strong account management and business development skills, excellent presentation and communication abilities, and the capacity to represent the company to senior executives and C-suite leaders.
