- ERP system (Epicor) experience
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of payable transactions
- Manage data entry related to accounts payable and ensure timely processing of payments
- Assist with accounts receivable tasks as needed to support overall financial health
- Maintain organized records of all transactions for audit purposes
- Collaborate with human resources and finance teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide analysis and reporting on accounts payable activities to management
- Prior experience with accounting software such as Workday, QuickBooks, Sage, PeopleSoft, UltiPro, or Ceridian is highly preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and data entry processes
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently
- Experience working within human resources or HRIS platforms is a plus
- Previous roles in accounting or finance supporting accounts payable functions are desirable
