Senior Salesforce ConsultantAs a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you’ll serve as a the project lead or manager on 4-7 client projects. You’ll be responsible for growing and maintaining the relationship with existing clients, coordinating the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development projects, and configuring Salesforce to accommodate new development requests.ResponsibilitiesClient DeliveryFacilitate requirements gathering sessions and recommend future state process designsDocument business requirements, user stories, tasks, test plans, and definitions of doneConfigure Salesforce and related tools including fields, objects, workflows, flows, and ApexPerform thorough testing to ensure qualityDevelop and manage end to end project plans for Field Service, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and other implementationsForecast work and deliver projects on time and within budgetProvide guidance on data architecture, integrations, migrations, and analyticsManage project stakeholders, conduct regular meetings, and ensure alignment on decisionsProvide training to support user adoption of new functionalityQualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator, developer, or consultantSalesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications requiredAt least one additional Salesforce cloud certificationStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practicesStrong knowledge of Agile project management methodologiesExperience leading large scale Salesforce implementationsBachelors degree or higherSkillsStrong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non technical audiencesStrong analytical and strategic thinking skillsAbility to understand complex business processes and design effective solutionsProficiency with enterprise level business applications and Salesforce development practicesAbility to independently manage multiple projects, budgets, timelines, and client expectationsAbility to motivate and lead project teamsPreferred ExperienceExperience as a director or manager of a business systems teamExperience with Salesforce products including Field Service, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ or industry cloudsExperience with integration tools such as Dell BoomiExperience with AppExchange applications including Conga, FormAssembly, and DocuSign
