Our client, a leading Montreal based importer of mens urban fashions, is looking for an Order Entry / Invoicing / EDI and Customer Service person to fulfill a maternity leave replacement position (that could be extended into a full time permanent role).Responsibilities:Responsible for all EDI processing from customers.Set up new customers, testing and ensuring that smooth integration to their ERPProcess all orders in a timely mannerWork with all departments and ensure proper communicationMonitor all incoming and outgoing EDI transmissionsTroubleshooting with customers and internal departmentsOrder entry dutiesRequirements:Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an EDI coordinator, able to monitor high volume of transmissions with strong order entry skills.Strong communication skills, ability to work independentlyExperience in fashion industryThe candidate need to be good at multi-tasking, have high-energy, self-starting & flexibleGood knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, word, excel, Visual Next an asset
