
Digital Marketing Coordinator - Content and Project Management

- Assist stakeholders including teammates, marketing colleagues throughout the firm, technical staff, and leadership to schedule and manage complex campaigns that support our work. These projects often include ad campaigns, website projects, videos, and marketing collateral for digital delivery;
- Create reports based on analytics for digital media channels;
- Writing: Help originate written content within editorial guidelines that transforms factual material from subject matter experts into compelling marketing messages;
- Editorial Review: Edit and update content according to the firm’s established written style, with an eye to accuracy, consistency, and brand. Proof and fact-check content created by others;
- Research: Help in researching clients and markets to support business development efforts;
- Report & Present: Assist in the effort to collect data, prepare reports and presentations, and evaluate the status of the company’s public image and make suggestions for external communications performance;
- Social Media Support: Support the social media team as necessary with creating written and visual content, posting, and monitoring posts and feeds;
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor the performance of social media campaigns and content and webpages. Optimize web pages for search engines to increase organic traffic and enhance user experience;
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other departments to align content with overall marketing initiatives;
- Edit, distribute, and organize photos and video footage using web tools;
- Test and assist improving the quality,design, useability, accessibility, and functionality of websites; and
- Staying Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for engagement. Learn and maintain knowledge required to use current content management systems including WordPress, SharePoint, and other systems as required for work with continually evolving marketing technology.
- Bachelor’s degree and 0 years (2+ preferred) of experience. Associate’s degree and 2 years of experience, or 4 years of relevant experience. (required)
- Familiarity with Microsoft office suite and Adobe products, familiarity and comfort with digital platforms (WordPress, Joomla, Hubspot, etc.) and social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.)
