Brief Description:Our employer is reputable firm with over 30 years of combined experience in personal injury, family law, and immigration law. They currently seeking a full-time receptionist.Job Function:
- Greet and welcome guests, answer questions and all incoming calls, support the customers, redirect them, or keep messages
- Handling all administrative duties such as email and calendar management, coordinating meetings, etc.
- Receive products, letters, packages, etc.
- Under legal professional supervision, preparing legal documents and correspondence according to precedents and/or instructions
- Manage opening and closing files electronically and physically, which also includes maintaining the electronic filing system
- Ensure all physical and electronic filing is organized and up to date regularly
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Kitchen and storage/filing room organization and maintenance
- Other administrative duties as assigned

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (WORD, EXCEL, Outlook), and LEAP (is an asset)
