- Performing full cycle accounting, budgeting and financial reporting
- Processing payroll and employee benefits
- Human resources administration and new hire onboarding
- Compiling and submitting necessary financials for year end audits
- Other responsibilities as needed
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration majoring in accounting or a related field
- CPA designation
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- High proficiency in MS 365
- Experience with PayWorks
- Experience with ERP softwares
- Minimum 5 years of experience in full cycle accounting, payroll, budgeting and financial reporting
- Service industry experience is preferred
- Previous experience managing the financials for multiple companies is considered an asset
- Confident, positive and approachable personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organization
- Problem solver with the ability to make informed decisions and think critically
- Strong collaborator, keen to contribute their part to the company's success

- This position is not remote and required to be on-site.
