Job Title: Labourer
Work Hours: Full-Time, Seasonal
Wage: $20/hour
Anticipated Start Date: Contract: May - December (weather permitting)
Location: Nottawa, ONJob Description McQueen is a very fast-paced paving company that runs seasonally.
  • COMPETITIVE WAGES (based on experience)
  • Candidate must be able to perform heavy manual labour
MCQUEEN.VUE PAVING WILL TRAIN FOR THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Rake and shovel asphalt
  • Load and unload equipment and/or materials onto trucks at each jobsite
  • Set up equipment as needed, inspect it, clean it and perform routine maintenance
  • Traffic control, using flags and setting up signs to direct traffic around the work area
Qualifications:
  • Must have clean drivers abstract as well as access to a vehicle as we are located in Nottawa, west of Cty Rd 124
  • Must be minimum 17 years of age
  • Must have safety boots (McQueen will provide safety vest and hard hat)
