We call it Royal Service. You will typically spend your day engaging customers in conversation and responding to their questions about our merchandise in person and over the phone. Your goal is to help them find products and solutions for their everyday problems, which turn their ideas into reality. You will also help with merchandising products and keeping the store tidy.You’ll fit in great if you:

Genuinely care about our customers’ shopping experience
Have the desire and ability to learn about our products and apply that knowledge to improve our customers’ experience
Handle customer interactions with diplomacy and tact
