Work Flexibility: Field-basedWhat you will doAs Sales Representative for Stryker’s Sage portfolio, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the selling of products to hospitals and clinicians to obtain maximum profitability. You will set strategy and tactical plans for your territory, and work to become a trusted partner to doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff. Additionally, you will serve as a valuable and contributing member of the Stryker Medical team as we work together to support Stryker’s Mission and Values.Achieve or overachieve quota (sales targets) through prospecting new clients and successfully managing existing customer relationshipsEducate and inform nurses, nursing leadership, and appropriate staff personnel as to the proper use and maintenance of Sage products.Work to improve patient outcomes and increase Stryker’s market shareManaging and maintaining a sample of inventory of productsProvide swift and effective solutions to customer challengesDevelop and maintain strong customer relationshipsDirect and complete product evaluationsOrganize and plan utilizing SalesforceDevelop strong product knowledge, selling strategies, competitor and market knowledgeWhat you needRequired:University Degree3+ years outside sales experiencePreferred:Degree in nursing preferred3+ years of experience in Medical Device Sales3+ years experience working in a clinical or hospital settingAdditional Information:Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligationsMust have a valid driver’s license$65,000 and may be eligible to earn variable commission + benefits.Travel Percentage: 80%
