Senior Business Analyst

Duration: 3 years (May 2024-2027).
Working hours: 7.5-hour workday
Primary Location: Hybrid (minimum of 2 days per month)- Fredericton, New BrunswickRequirements:
- Demonstrated experience in a Business Analyst role in EMR implementations in a Canadian jurisdiction.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst including requirements gathering, facilitation, use case analysis and detailed design activities.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working in eHealth projects in a Canadian jurisdiction.
- Demonstrated experience in a Business Analyst role in eHealth in a Canadian jurisdiction related to both project and operations work. Please provide examples of projects/operations related work. Experience with EMR projects in a Canadian regional health authority context would be an asset.
- Support the software development team.
- Work with both client and development team members to elicit requirements, write user stories, define goals, document requirements, and analyze business functions to become familiar with the business domain.
- Identify business workflows and determine stakeholder needs.
- Author test case specifications, requirements traceability documentation, and contribute to the compilation and execution of test plans.
- Support and contribute to the Agile practices adopted by the development team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
