Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm + on-call rotations*JOB DESCRIPTION*U3S Staffing is currently searching for Lead Technicians and Restoration Technicians with experience in Construction or Property Restoration.The Right Fit: Someone who is adaptable and can work effectively in a variety of settings.This position attends job sites and is often the first responder to emergency restoration calls. Duties may include, but are not limited to:- Train, supervise, and monitor other crew members
- Moving & re-setting contents
- Moisture mapping, hygrometer use
- Demolition (cutting drywall, ripping up flooring, carpet, panels and baseboards)
- Able to use hand and power tools including drills, hammers and crow bars
- Loading, unloading and Setting drying equipment
- Carpet & structural cleaning
- Constructing polyethylene enclosures
- Maintain equipment
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines
- Ensure attention to detail and keen sense of safeguarding other people's property and information

*REQUIREMENTS*
- Steel toe work boots
- Able to work on-call
- Able to start as soon as possible
- Clean background check (Triton) to be completed
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Positive attitude, reliable
- Drivers' license with transportation, and clean drivers' abstract is an asset
Qualifications:
*QUALIFICATIONS*
- 2-3 years in restoration, or residential/commercial construction
- Skilled with hand and power tools
