- Startup Pedigree: 7+ years in growth marketing, with a proven track record of scaling a B2B SaaS startup from Seed to Series B.
- The "Scrappy" Mindset: Expert knowledge of the modern outbound stack (Apollo, Instantly, Clay, LinkedIn automation tools).
- Leadership: Experience hiring, managing, and coaching a diverse marketing team.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in Real Estate Tech or Property Management is a major plus.
