Job DescriptionWhat will you do?

Portfolio & Project Management: Direct the end-to-end lifecycle of the CAE Group’s internal strategic projects and the broader audit portfolio, ensuring timely delivery and resource optimization.
Project Assurance: Act as a critical "third line" validator for large bank transformations, assessing the design and effectiveness of controls before and after go-live.
Performance Reporting: Design and deliver executive-level reporting on portfolio health, emerging risks, and the progress of the annual audit plan.
Innovation & Strategy: Lead initiatives to modernize the CAE Group’s toolkit, focusing on data-driven assurance and agile project methodologies.
Stakeholder Influence: Build strong, collaborative relationships across the bank to ensure that audit recommendations are integrated into business objectives.
Ad Hoc Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to business units, offering expert guidance on risk governance and control improvements without compromising audit independence.
