We partner with homeowners, builders, and commercial stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.About the RoleWe’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven professional who thrives in outbound communication and enjoys building connections with commercial partners.This role goes beyond traditional customer support — you’ll play a key part in growing our commercial pipeline by reaching out to general contractors, property managers, and developers, while also supporting inbound customer interactions.If you enjoy outbound outreach, pipeline building, and creating opportunities, this role is for you.What You’ll DoOutbound & Commercial Growth (Core Focus)
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to general contractors, property managers, and developers
  • Identify active construction projects and upcoming bid opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships to position Ideal Siding as a preferred vendor
  • Track outreach, leads, and opportunities in internal systems (CRM)
  • Follow up consistently to move opportunities forward
  • Coordinate meetings between commercial stakeholders and internal teams
Customer Support (Secondary)
  • Serve as a first point of contact for inbound customer inquiries
  • Provide clear, helpful, and professional communication
  • Coordinate scheduling for project managers
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in outbound sales, SDR, lead generation, or B2B outreach
  • Comfortable making cold calls and sending outreach emails daily
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented with CRM experience
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Bonus:
