- Engage proactively with stakeholders, using strong communication skills to drive productive discussions and uncover requirements through critical thinking and insightful questioning.
- Apply a solid understanding of Agile methodologies, including the creation of detailed user stories that support successful project delivery.
- Leverage strong technical skills, including querying Oracle databases, executing APIs using tools such as Postman or Swagger, and efficiently using platforms like Jira, Confluence, Mural, and Figma to support project deliverables.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst, ideally working on Agile projects within the banking industry.
- Proven ability to manage projects involving integrated systems across multiple business lines.
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and Python or R for statistical analysis to build dashboards and translate complex findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong, hands-on experience with Java and Python.
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Hands-on experience with Agile concepts and user story development.
- Proficient in querying Oracle SQL databases and working with APIs.
- Background in the financial sector, particularly in wealth management, portfolio management, or client reporting.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI to present insights.
- Ability to facilitate collaboration and influence decision-makers across multiple functions.
- Strong interpersonal skills to support cross-functional teamwork.
- Leadership qualities that contribute to defining and influencing the team's technical direction.
- Familiarity with code logic, including object-oriented programming principles and control structures.
