We offer a profit-sharing program after 3 months of service.Retirement Security: We offer a pension plan with a company match option, providing a solid foundation for your future.Comprehensive Benefits: Access to a full suite of health, dental, and medical benefits to keep you and your family healthy.Essential FunctionsCustomer Excellence: Build and maintain strong relationships while serving as a professional point of contact for all customer issues and concerns.Safe Operations: Perform daily pre/post-trip inspections and operate tractor-trailers and refrigerated vans in a safe, professional manner.Logistics & Maintenance: Monitor reefer temperatures, report mechanical issues immediately, and complete daily check-ins with zero errors.Collaboration: Work closely with sales representatives and management to communicate feedback and attend department meetings to share ideas with peers.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesCompliance: Strict adherence to all safety/compliance regulations and procedures.Communication: Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English to handle paperwork (registers, credits, pick-ups) and customer interactions.Professionalism: Must maintain a professional appearance in the GFS uniform. Punctuality, problem-solving skills, and a "can-do" attitude are essential.Physical Requirements: Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (lifting, pushing, pulling product).Ready to join the team?
