Adecco is currently hiring a Sales Operations Coordinator for a full-time opportunity with our client in Embrun, ON. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized professional with experience in sales support, CRM management, and customer coordination within a fast-paced environment.As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting sales activities, managing customer and dealer relationships, coordinating demo equipment, and ensuring accurate order processing and reporting. You will play a key role in optimizing sales processes and delivering a high level of customer service.Salary: $20-$23/hourLocation: Embrun, ONSchedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)Contract: Temp-to-perm potentialVacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy.ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage dealer and customer orders accurately and efficientlyTrack shipments and coordinate with logistics to ensure on-time deliveryPrepare and send quotations while ensuring pricing aligns with company policiesWork closely with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to resolve order issuesOnboard new dealers and customers, ensuring proper setup and documentationMaintain and update dealer profiles, including account details and purchase historyManage and track demo fleet availability, scheduling, and logisticsCoordinate transportation and ensure proper inspection and maintenance of demo unitsAct as CRM administrator, ensuring data accuracy and consistent usageGenerate weekly and monthly sales reports, tracking performance and pipelineSupport house accounts, including municipal and industrial clientsIdentify and coordinate public tender opportunities and submissionsProvide insights on sales trends, dealer performance, and forecastingCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and operations teamsSupport trade shows, dealer events, and sales initiatives as neededIdentify opportunities to improve sales processes and implement efficienciesMaintain SOPs for sales processes and dealer interactionsRequirementsMinimum 3+ years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or customer serviceExperience in equipment, manufacturing, or distribution industries is an assetStrong knowledge of CRM systems (SAP Business One preferred)Experience with order processing, quotations, and customer onboardingExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales dataProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Strong communication and problem-solving abilitiesBilingual (English/French) is considered a strong assetMust be eligible to work and reside within CanadaWhy Work with This ClientOpportunity to grow into a long-term role through temp-to-perm potentialHands-on role with exposure to multiple areas of sales operationsCollaborative team environment with cross-functional involvementStable full-time schedule with consistent daytime hoursInterested in this position?
