- Lead the development and execution of strategies to deliver sustained revenue growth and EBITDA improvement.
- Growth-minded: An obsession with new logo acquisition and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) addition, owning revenue growth across all business units. Outside sales, inside sales, and strategic partnerships will be a focus and priority.
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to establish and implement the company’s long-term strategic growth plan and financial objectives.
- Drive operational efficiency and margin expansion through disciplined execution, process optimization, and data-driven decision making.
- Oversee Nucleus’ Growth team (Sales and Marketing), ensuring coordinated execution across sales, partnerships, and new business initiatives while providing training, coaching and mentorship.
- Leverage your own sales ability to hunt and close deals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), financial metrics, and value drivers to ensure the company meets or exceeds annual targets.
- Represent Nucleus externally with clients, partners, and industry leaders to enhance brand reputation and market presence.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in IT, technology, or managed services.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding EBITDA margins, and scaling organizations.
- Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to execute complex growth plans.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Outgoing, positive with a glass half-full mentality.
- Collaborative management style that can achieve commitment and teamwork from a variety of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a national context.
- Strategic thinking with a track record of driving operational excellence.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with clear accountability for performance.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support business development and leadership initiatives.
