You’ll help leaders understand how evolving and emerging risks affect FCC’s strategic objectives and support informed decision-making through clear, well-articulated risk insights. While collaborating with key risk management partners, including senior leaders, you’ll provide risk insights and recommendations to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.If you enjoy collaborative, analytical work and are comfortable in a fast-changing environment, this role might be for you.What you’ll doWork with stakeholders and partners to understand, assess, manage and report on risksProvide effective challenge on first-line policies, standards, initiatives, and controlsTranslate complex technical topics into clear, business-focused insights for senior leadersParticipate in and support the development of risk governance artifacts and processesUse expertise, research and analysis to advance FCC’s methodologies to manage technology and information riskWhat you’ll bring to the teamRequired Qualifications:At least four years of experience in technology or data management fields (i.e., IT operations, development, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, architecture, or data governance)A degree in engineering, science, or business administration (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)Demonstrated oral and written communication skills, including communication with senior leadershipDemonstrated effective stakeholder engagementPreferred Qualifications:Governance, risk and/or compliance experience, including effective challenge, risk reporting, emerging technology risk, risk quantification and process automationExperience in the agricultural or financial sectorsExperience with IT industry standards and frameworksCertifications related to technology, information and third-party risk management, such as CRISC, CISM and CISABilingualism (English/French) is considered an assetNot sure you meet every requirement?
