- Preparing the parts to be welded as well as the necessary materials for welding work;
- Performing basic welding (semi-automatic or arc);
- Checking the quality of the welds carried out;
- Cutting materials according to the appropriate method;
- Completing work orders by recording the tasks performed and the materials used;
- Ensuring proper use and functioning of the company's equipment;
- Participating in the maintenance of the workshop and equipment;
- Working safely and in compliance with OHS policies and company procedures;
- Performing any other related tasks
- Be enrolled in a DEP in welding; or a combination of studies/experiences deemed equivalent
- Excellent physical condition
- Meticulous and methodical
- Be diligent and conscientious
- Good manual dexterity
40 hours/week
