We can help you relocate to make the transition easier!As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. Your primary duties will include assessing patients conditions, administering medications, coordinating treatment plans, monitoring vital signs, and educating patients and their families on self-care techniques.You would benefit from:

Leads delivery of resident-centred care services on a shift- by-shift basis and in accordance with program goals and processes
Become part of a resident / family-centred environment
Liaises with residents, families and health authority

Qualifications

Nursing diploma and practicing membership with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives. No restrictions license required
Experience successfully coordinating care and service delivery within a complex care environment preferred
First Aid certificate required

Beds: 132 -Floors:2 - 4 Neighborhoods
Night Load: 1 nurse
Day Load: 3 Nurses + DOC assist
