- Perform general assembly and production operations
- Operate basic production machinery where required
- Assemble products or sub-assemblies according to production targets
- Follow detailed assembly instructions and work procedures
- Conduct quality inspection and quality checks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
- Comply with Section 28 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to quality
- Be able to view labels and follow the work instructions
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks
- CSA Static Discharge (ESD) approved safety shoes required
- Must wear required PPE at all times and pass all testing requirements
