About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to help design, build, and support high-impact Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working independently, and influencing technical direction through strong design and development practices.You'll play a key role in delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality Salesforce solutions while collaborating closely with product owners, architects, and delivery teams. If you enjoy mentoring others and taking ownership of your work from design through deployment, this role is a great fit.What You'll Do
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical needs
  • Build and enhance functionality across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, APIs, integrations, and data models
  • Own technical design and implementation for assigned components, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability
  • Conduct code reviews and promote best practices to improve solution quality and long-term supportability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, helping to reduce technical debt and improve platform stability
  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, and QA teams in an agile delivery environment
  • Contribute to estimation, planning, and continuous improvement activities
  • Mentor junior developers and document key technical designs and implementation details
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of enterprise application development experience
  • Strong, hands-on Salesforce development expertise, particularly with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Deep knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, APIs, and Salesforce integration patterns
  • Experience with release management, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment best practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence outcomes without direct authority
Nice to Have
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise platforms and third-party solutions
  • Background working in regulated or highly controlled environments
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring team members or acting as a subject-matter expert
