You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.You'll play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of railway systems by analyzing and implementing EMC requirements. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including design, testing, and commissioning teams), coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on technical aspects, and contribute to the development and implementation of electrification compatibility strategies, and much more.You’ll specifically take care of reviewing and approving design documents related to grounding, bonding, and EMC/EMI, but also manage subcontractors and provide technical support for testing and commissioning activities.We’ll look to you for:Participating in railway system analysisAnalyzing requirements for Grounding & Bonding, EMC/EMI, and Immunization to ensure compliance with contractsCoordinating Grounding & Bonding, EMC, and Performance Simulation activities with subject matter expertsCollaborating with internal and external stakeholders on technical aspects related to Grounding & Bonding, EMC/EMI, Immunization, Electrification Compatibility, and corrosionDefining and implementing immunization and electrification compatibility strategies for various infrastructure elementsManaging subcontractors, including qualification, selection, progress tracking, performance, and invoicingReviewing and approving design documents related to Grounding & Bonding and EMC/EMIParticipating in change analysis and identifying technical risksSupporting testing and commissioning activitiesDefining and implementing integration principles between subsystems and stakeholdersAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
