- Ensure marketing campaigns properly execution and create a high achievement climate that inspires and motivates
- Lead forecast management for new channels and campaigns
- Lead Campaigns and activities acting as a marketing person, engaging 3rd party providers and supporting internal processes
- Set accounts KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and track progress
- Performance data and strategy adjustment
- Ensure accountability across departments for business execution
- Sales forecast, commercial reporting and related systems and tools
- Facilitate operational and demand planning processes, sales performance tracking and sales objective management
- Ensure that country expenses are managed to respect country budget
- Lead key demand planning process including LBE, commercial review and S&OP, including new channels and campaigns
- Lead the development and maintenance of key inputs to the demand planning process, namely inventory, customer assessment, performance tracking and market insights
- Responsible for gap closures and mitigation actions initiatives, including fact finding analysis, strategic review with stakeholders, resources allocations and post evaluation
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Five to 8 years of related experience
- Previous experience in Pharma or Medical device companies with expertise in sales and commercial management. Preferred on Diabetes and Cardiovascular segment.
