We are seeking licensed Journeyman Automotive Service Technicians who are passionate about diagnostics, repairs, and delivering top-quality service. Candidates must bring a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. We’re looking for team-oriented, customer-focused technicians who:Take pride in precision and efficiencyAre approachable, collaborative, and growth-orientedBring a consultative, customer-first mindsetContribute positively to team culture and mentorshipWhat you will be doing:Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles across multiple makes and modelsPerform preventive maintenance and follow checklists to ensure safe and complete workConduct inspections, road tests, and system checks using OEM diagnostic toolsAdjust, repair, or replace components related to fuel, brakes, steering, suspension, drivetrain, exhaust, electrical, and cooling systemsMentor and support apprentices in the shopFollow best practices for safety, compliance, and quality assuranceWhat you must have:Provincially recognized Journeyman Automotive Mechanic Certificate (Red Seal an asset)Minimum 3–5+ years hands-on experience in service/repair of vehiclesOEM-specific training/experience highly valued (Jaguar, Land Rover, Volkswagen, Kia, Chrysler, Subaru, Audi)Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstractAbility to perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance using OEM and computerized testing toolsExperience mentoring apprentices an assetStrong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skillsPhysically capable of meeting role demands (lifting, extended standing, tool/equipment use)Salary/Rate Range: $75,000 – $120,000Thank you for your interest in this opportunity.
