- Coordinate sales strategies
- Gather pre-tender feedback and coordinate follow-up
- Prepare and manage take-offs, bids, and quotations
- Create and manage production schedules
- Assist with RFP responses
- Monitor project costs
- Create and maintain project documents
- Assist with developing and implementing quality control programs

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in construction coordination experience
- Estimating and take-off experience
- Basic math skills for invoicing
- Base Pay: $55,000 Yr. - $60,000/Yr. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
