Our client, a growing food manufacturing company dedicated to producing high-quality frozen products, is currently seeking a Production Team Leader to support daily operations and supervise employees on the production floor.This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to build a long-term career in the food manufacturing industry.Location: London, ONPay: $21.00–$24.00 per hourJob Type: Full-time | PermanentWhat You’ll Do:

Lead and support production line operations
Perform line set-up and ensure smooth production flow
Handle and measure ingredients accurately
Manage production supplies and inventory levels
Complete cleaning and sanitation tasks to maintain food safety standards
Assist with implementation and adherence to food safety programs (SQF)
Complete and track quality assurance documentation
Ensure team members follow safety and production procedures

What We’re Looking For:

Proven leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment
Post-secondary education in Food Science or a related field
HACCP, BRC, or SQF knowledge/experience is an asset
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs in both freezer and dry environments

Schedule:

8 to 12-hour shifts (must be flexible)
Day and evening shifts available
Monday to Friday
Overtime as required
Weekend availability
