The roleAs an AI Engineer, you will analyze, design, and implement AI models and agent workflows that support production systems, client demos, and pilot engagements. You will work closely with product, pre-sales, and domain experts to translate business problems into practical, scalable AI solutions.
You willYou will drive data-driven insights and applied AI experimentation.

Analyze and understand problem statements across FX, pre-sales, and pilot use cases.
Design and implement AI models using classical ML and LLM-based approaches.
Build, evaluate, and improve RAG pipelines and AI agent workflows.
Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering across diverse datasets.
Validate model performance using appropriate metrics and historical benchmarks.
Collaborate with SMEs to interpret outputs, feature importance, and decision logic.
Support rapid prototyping for demos, proofs of concept, and pilot projects.
Create visualizations and summaries to communicate insights and model behavior.
Present findings clearly to technical and business stakeholders.
Continuously refine AI logic using feedback, monitoring, and performance data.

Who you areYou are a strong problem solver with solid AI fundamentals and a growth mindset.

Strong proficiency in Python, Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
Hands-on experience with RAG frameworks, LLM analytics, or agent-based systems.
Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry, model repositories, or fine-tuning workflows.
Experience supporting pre-sales demos, pilots, or client-facing AI solutions.
Good understanding of machine learning fundamentals, including regression, classification, and evaluation techniques.
Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and basic RAG concepts.
Experience or exposure to Azure Machine Learning and AI experimentation workflows.
Ability to validate models, track experiments, and explain results clearly.
Comfortable working across multiple problem domains and adapting quickly.
Strong analytical thinking and data storytelling skills.
Effective communicator who can collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
Experience with FX, financial services, or risk/decisioning systems.
