Drive full-cycle execution of large-scale residential towers, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and on budget.Advanced Planning & Scheduling
Develop and manage detailed construction schedules, with a strong focus on critical path activities specific to high-rise sequencing (forming cycles, vertical transportation, façade installation).Financial Oversight & Cost Control
Own project financial performance—monitor budgets, forecast costs, manage change orders, and identify opportunities to maximize profitability.On-Site Leadership & Coordination
Collaborate closely with Superintendents, subtrades, and consultants to oversee daily site operations, maintain safety standards, and keep work progressing efficiently across multiple floors and trades.Contract & Technical Management
Oversee contracts, RFIs, shop drawings, and site instructions, ensuring timely resolution of issues and alignment with design intent and construction realities.Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary liaison for owners, architects, and consultants. Lead progress meetings and provide clear, proactive communication throughout all project phases.Project Closeout Excellence
Manage deficiency completion, commissioning, and turnover processes to ensure a seamless handover of high-quality residential units.What You BringHigh-Rise Expertise
5–10+ years of construction management experience, with significant involvement in high-rise residential projects (15+ storeys required).Education
Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.Technical Proficiency
Strong experience with scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6, along with construction management software platforms.Leadership & Team Development
Proven ability to lead project teams, mentor staff, and coordinate effectively across large, multi-trade job sites.Industry Knowledge
Deep understanding of high-rise construction methods, Ontario building codes, and safety regulations.Core Strengths
