As a key member of the Section Extended Leadership Team, the Supervisor, Field Operations for Active Pathways South drives the success of the section and unit by implementing essential human, social, technical, and operational systems. This role directly oversees the Active Pathways SNIC and Contractor, leading teams, ensuring service standards, and managing daily operations for the winter mobility network. Responsibilities include program expertise, risk management, and enforcing safety standards, reporting to the General Supervisor, Field Operations, and overseeing up to 300 FTEs during peak season.This position manages a $76M annual budget for district subset planning and execution, with oversight of equipment and delivery of approved work locations.
