- Manage all aspects of modernization and retrofit projects from planning through completion
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand project requirements and expectations
- Coordinate with internal engineering, supervisory, and field technician teams to ensure project milestones are achieved
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality work delivered within budget
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure all projects meet applicable safety and quality standards
- Maintain project documentation including schedules, reports, and change orders
- Conduct post-project reviews and recommend process improvements
- Other related duties as required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing construction or building systems projects
- Strong project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management skills
- Excellent communication skills with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
