  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new accounts and grow existing customer relationships.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, offering technical solutions, product recommendations, and insights that drive value.
  • Be empowered with a competitive base salary + uncapped commission, allowing you to control your earning potential.
  • Work closely with our vendors and network of over 250 Profit Centres, representing industry-leading HVAC product lines.
👤 Who You Are:
  • 5+ years of HVAC/Construction sales or account management experience.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and build long-term customer loyalty.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and passionate about helping others succeed.
  • Comfortable working independently while also thriving in a team-first, customer-centric environment.
