  • Developing and managing relationships with existing and new customers to increase sales of Company products
  • Growing new business and expanding market share by providing solutions for the needs of current and future contractors, architects and customers
  • Defining, building, implementing and monitoring Sales Plan, including sales strategies, targets, and priorities
  • Creating action plans for defined sales targets and working with our suppliers to execute the plans
  • Educating customers and staff on products; managing customer sample & educational stock levels
  • Managing customer payments & credit in coordination with credit managers, including collections, credit recommendations, and AR adjustments within set rules
QualificationsCollege Diploma or Degree (in Business/Sales/Marketing preferred) and/or 3 or more years of successful Roofing Sales experienceValid driver’s licenseExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong problem solver with the ability to handle difficult situationsAuthorized to work in CanadaAbility to travelBenefits of Employment: Roofmart recognizes that its success is due to the strength of its employees.
