Assist with troubleshooting application system related issues
Identify solutions to business system problems
Lead or participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths; and managing customer and supplier relationships
Create and maintain requirements, issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates
Diligently support and lead where needed, various activities between the teams to ensure the business and technical requirements and objectives are met
Participate and contribute to the overall system(s) design
Assist with the creation of test suites, execute testing and support the QA process

Experience with creating documentation on highly integrated enterprise systems, SOA and integrated testing
Experience in .NET, Java and JavaScript
Proficient in querying Oracle and SQL databases
Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong documentation skills
Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to take a leadership role when necessary
Problem solving skills
Demonstrated experience with Agile development methodology.
Experience in JIRA
Good project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures, project lifecycle models, etc.
