Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution
  • Lead the delivery of capital projects—starting with the first commercial-scale facility—ensuring on-time,
on-budget, and in-scope completion. Support the foundation for 15+ future projects over the next five years.Process Development
  • Implement robust project management systems, refining processes for planning, execution, risk management, and
performance tracking.Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Engineering, R&D, Finance, and Business Development to align goals and resolve challenges
across teams.Leadership
  • Mentor team members and contribute to building a high-performance, growth-focused culture.
External Representation
  • Serve as a company ambassador, fostering strong relationships with partners and industry stakeholders.
Qualifications and ExperienceProject Experience
  • 8+ years managing large-scale capital projects in oil & gas, power, or heavy industry—ideally from the owner’s
side. Full lifecycle experience from design to operational handover.Leadership
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor project teams, with hands-on progression from Project Engineer to Project
Manager.Technical Expertise
  • Strong grasp of project management methodologies, engineering principles, and interdisciplinary coordination
across R&D and commercial teams.Approach
  • Action-oriented, process-driven, and solutions-focused, with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
  • Experience with first-of-its-kind technologies in startup or scale-up settings; PMP, PRINCE2, or similar
