- Accountable for reference data of Wireless and Wireline product builds / constructs that support external subscriber reporting
- Review and enhance audits, data governance of reference tables
- Active participant representing Finance BI & Analytics in Go-To-Market and program meetings, raising issues, concerns, and escalating where necessary
- Lead, develop, and mentor a team of Sr Analysts
- Provide data governance over reference table management within the data warehouse
- Manage ad-hoc subscriber reporting projects and deep dive investigations related to subscriber anomalies
- Proactively identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve overall quality and efficiencies for operations and reporting
- Represent Finance BI & Analytics in cross-functional meetings
- Evaluate, drive change, promote adoption, and governance of new processes and technologies
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a progressive Business Analytics/Financial Reporting role
- Proficient user experience with Databricks, Snowflake and/or SQL and relational databases
- Undergraduate university degree
- Ability to influence and drive decisions that support department and organization objectives
- Excellent judgment and sound decision-making skills, with the ability to see the big picture
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with peers and directors, as the role is dependent on information provided by cross-functional teams
- Driven, customer focused and result oriented individual, accustomed to an extremely fast-paced environment, with ability to effectively prioritize competing tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise written reports and deliver presentations
- Telecommunications experience with ordering and billing systems an asset
