- Create & maintain global product listing & price list
- Assign UPC/EAN numbers to all global product variants, as required
- Create & maintain master SKU listing for global exclusives, including all age certifications and language requirements and (S2G) territorial rights
- Draft, communicate & track street date & MAP Letters
- Work with content providers to collect high resolution marketing assets including product presentations, sell sheets, box art, inlays, screen shots, logos, key art
- Catalog all marketing assets and distribute to key stakeholders, globally
- Work with content provider to ensure all language requirements are completed and age certification has been acquired
- Assist with age certifications, as required
- Consult all new vendors on GTM requirements for physical software, including Gantt Chart management
- Assist studio in the creation & execution of co-publishing agreements to acquire title rights with 1st party
- Submit global WSP to 1st party to acquire royalty rates
- Perform annual pricing model submissions with Sony
- Submit bill of materials with 1st party
- Manage retail packaging development and submissions between vendors and 1st party
- Manage the global production of all printed materials including inlays, voucher/pack-ins, discs/cartridges at replication facilities (Sony DADC and Sonopress)
- Oversee the global assembly of all components into finished goods
- Communicate all title updates (sku details, price protections, BER’s) to sales teams, globally
- Track PO status and liaise with S2G logistics department to coordinate & communicate customer pickups/shipments
- Work with regional sales leads to collect and track PO’s from global distribution partners to ensure accurate and timely receipt for production
- Manage Drop Ship process on all orders to ensure customers are invoiced for their shipments once product has shipped from the replicators
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
- Experience in a product manager and/or project management/coordination role
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage work back plans and ensure milestones are met
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, adjust to change as required and adhere to deadlines and deliverables
- Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well independently and as a member of a team
- Advanced computer skills required on PC based software – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Represent the Company with a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times even while under pressure
