Your clear, concise communication skills are matched by your ability to make people feel comfortable, ask insightful questions, and truly understand their needs. This allows you to effectively advocate for and showcase candidates to hiring leaders, highlighting why they are an amazing fit for ATB.

- Demonstrated experience as a strategic business partner, influencing and collaborating with leaders to achieve talent goals, is highly valued.
- Previous experience in talent sourcing or full-cycle in-house recruitment is essential.
- Experience within the financial services industry would be a valuable asset.
- A solid working knowledge of HR and hiring policies and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
