We advocate for our employees to speak-up, learn, experiment, share, and be part of an where diversity is embraced.ABOUT THE TEAMReporting to the Senior Manager, Total Funds Solutions Delivery, the Senior Developer will be a key member of the solutions delivery team by contributing and providing their expertise and support in the various development phases for the solutions of diverse clients.ABOUT YOUR ROLEAs a Senior Developer, Total Fund Solutions Delivery, you’ll:Design and develop highly scalable and reliable web applications and services using C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, Angular to contribute to the delivery strategyDesign and implement database schemas, tables, views, stored procedures, and functions using Snowflake and DatabricksManage and participate in the evaluation and analysis of requests, such as change and/or evolution requestsPerform unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews to ensure maintainability and sustainability of productsDebug and troubleshoot issues and bugs to provide product evolution recommendationsDocument and communicate your work and progressKeep abreast of the latest technologies and trends in order to provide guidance to team and improve existing products and efficiencyWHAT YOU’LL NEEDBachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering or equivalentTen (10) years of relevant experience, with minimum of seven (7) years of experience in C# full stack developmentProficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, Angular, HTML, CSS, Typescript, and SQLFamiliarity with Snowflake and Databricks features and concepts such as warehouses, databases, roles, security, data sharing, performance tuning, and data engineeringExperience in using Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD toolsExperience in the financial industry and in monitoring industry development techniques and toolsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills and ability to challenge the status quoAbility to navigate a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy and independenceAbility to work as part of a team and collaborate, cultivating meaningful relationships with colleagues and clientsA passion for learning and understanding new technologies and improving skillsBilingualism: English and French (frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)We offer a tailored employee experience and competitive total rewards and benefits package* designed to attract and retain global diverse talent, reward performance, and reinforce business strategies and priorities.
