As Inventory Controller, you will monitor and manage inventory accuracy across our Canadian stores and warehouse operations. You will play a key role in supporting stock availability, loss prevention, and process improvements through strong data analysis and collaboration with stores, e-commerce, and logistics teams.Key Responsibilities:Track and analyze inventory data from stores and warehouses to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunitiesManage daily and weekly stock reporting using Excel and internal systemsInvestigate variances in physical vs. system inventory and recommend corrective actionsCollaborate with store operations, logistics partners, and merchandising teams to resolve inventory issuesSupport physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and audit processesAssist in implementing process improvements and control measures to reduce stock loss and improve accuracyProvide clear inventory guidelines and training materials to store and warehouse teamsAdditional duties as assignedDesired Skills and Experience:Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup, formulas, and data analysis)3-5 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, or store operations * 1-2 years of previous experience in retail, inventory, or warehouse operations is a strong assetexperience with inventory management systems or ERP software is an assetanalytical, solution-oriented, and comfortable working with large sets of datastrong communication skills, collaboratorating across departmentsorganized, detail-focused, and able to manage time and priorities effectivelycurious to understand what happens in stores and warehouses, committed to support stores * Flexible schedule to support business needReady to build your future with UNIQLO?You are a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
